In 1977, after earning his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany, Ken Nugent pursued his legal education at the prestigious Emory University School of Law in Atlanta. After rigorously studying Georgia law, Ken passed the bar exam and became a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He then embarked on a journey to establish one of the Southeast’s largest law firms, fully dedicated to representing injury victims and their families.

Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. opened its first office in Atlanta, and the firm’s core principles, which Ken built it on, continue to guide our practice today. These values are now proudly upheld at our Albany office as well, serving the local community with the same dedication and commitment to justice.
